We were so happy to be able to light a fire tonight. Ben helped Daddy and was so excited when he learned the fireplace led up to the chimney. We read books by the fire at bedtime, it was great. It makes me feel like the holidays are fast-approaching...wait, they ARE!

Hi again, Natalie...
I just wanted to comment on this beautiful shot of Benjamin! I have one of Shelby and Jonny (he was the same age as Ben), and they are staring wistfully into the fire, just as Ben is...it's adorable. My kids would get so excited to have a "fire in the place" as Jonny called it, and so I would drag their Little Tykes table/bench into the living room and they would "dine" by firelight! Good times, good times... <3<3<3
