One Month Old!!!

Abigail is one month old and doing well! Aunt Callie is holding her in these pictures. She's awake for a little while, but then she fights falling asleep!

Surprise Visit!

We surprised Mamo and Papo with a visit. They were not expecting to meet little Abigail until late July. Needless to say, they were shocked! Mamo actually fell back into her chair when she saw me holding Abigail right there in her livingroom. Thanks to everyone for keeping the secret and especially to my mother who had to tell Mamo (her mother) a "little white lie" when Mamo asked about us coming. We also enjoyed seeing my dad and his side of the family at my cousin Jordin's graduation party. Then on Sunday we spent the day at Uncle Larry's for Tyler's ice cream party (he recently had his tonsils removed and has fully recovered). It was a busy, exhausting, but very fun weekend!

First Trip to the Dentist

Benjamin did a FANTASTIC job on his first trip to the dentist. He did not cry or fuss and the staff commented on how well he did. They said most boys throw a fit, much more often than girls! We were very proud of him...and no cavities!

First Church Visit

We had not been to church in a while, so it was nice to get back. Benjamin went to his class with no problem and Abigail slept through just about the whole service.

Abigail's First Walk

Ben enjoyed a nice bike ride while Abigail slept peacefully through her walk in the stroller. We went to our neighborhood park where Ben had fun playing. I wish it wasn't so hot so we could be outside more often.

Visitors from Plano and San Antonio

We enjoyed a busy weekend with visits from Dan's mom and her dogs, Dan's brother, his family and their dog, and my brother and his family. Needless to say, it was a FULL house!!!

1st (of many) Trip to Aunt Callie's House

We went to Aunt Callie's house for dinner when Abigail was just one week old. It was nice to get out of the house. We also had the pleasure of visiting with Aunt Olga and Uncle Richard while at Aunt Callie's. Dinner was wonderful and everyone had a great time.

A Visit from Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa made the long drive to meet little Abigail and of course, to see Benjamin. Ben had a great time playing with Grandpa, while Grandma spent her time holding Abigail. We all enjoyed a nice visit.
